Last weekend I was invited to a dinner party hosted by my friend, Lily. She recently came back from a 2 month architectural project in India and was eager to cook and eat a non-Indian meal. She cooked the perfect meal that was far off from Indian cuisine… Italian!
For dinner Lily cooked Tuna Fettucine, prepared a delicious salad and provided olives, focaccia and delicious cookies from Bakeri!
It was a great evening with great friends.
Salmon with onions, capers, dill and buttered asparagus. YUM!

Accompanied with fresh tomatoes, olives and Cava…
