Grub Street NY posted this interesting article and great venn diagram. It categorizes drinking into 3 sections which are broken down to public vs private and then shows how each activity is relational.
Fortunately, I have a flask but I would have to say that my favorite sort of legal public activity is mixing a peach smoothie with some Ketel One from the corner store and drinking it while at a festival in the park.
